Can I use Perfex CRM without internet on localhost?
Generally yes, but you lose benefits from some features such as the Dropbox file chooser, Pusher.com real-time notifications, auto updates, Google reCAPTCHA, all online payment gateways, and E-Signature (v2.0.0 and above). These are features you usually will not need in offline mode.
Why can't I add a contact with a duplicate email?
Contact emails are unique because of the email piping and auto-importing tickets feature, and because the email address is used for login. If an email is not unique in the system database, the script cannot know which company to link the imported ticket to.
How do I fix HTTP ERROR 500?
HTTP ERROR 500 means there is a back-end error causing Perfex CRM to stop working. Turn on debug mode using the steps in the FAQ to determine the issue. If the error messages are unclear, open a support ticket at support.perfexcrm.com and the team will help you resolve it.
Is RTL supported on PDF documents?
No. PDF documents are generated only in LTR (left-to-right) direction; RTL is not supported on PDF documents.
Can I use Cloudflare with Perfex CRM?
Yes, but you must disable the Cloudflare Rocket Loader feature and always purge your Cloudflare cache after each update.
Can I use Perfex CRM as a SaaS application?
No. Perfex CRM cannot be used as a SaaS application; you can only bill 1 client per 1 extended licence. Licences are single end products.
