1. Eligibility & Accounts

2. Submitting Products & Collections

• Submitting a product listing is free. You must own, represent, or otherwise have the right to submit the product and any associated media (logos, screenshots, descriptions).
• Submissions are reviewed before publishing and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion — for example if they are spam, duplicates, misleading, or violate these Terms.
• Collections ("boxes") you create must accurately represent the products they contain and may not be used to mislead users or manipulate rankings.
• We do not accept payment in exchange for placement, ranking, or favorable treatment of a listing.

3. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a product. You may not post reviews for products you own, are employed by, or have been compensated to promote without clearly disclosing that relationship. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, off-topic, or otherwise violate these Terms, and may suspend accounts that manipulate ratings (including through fake accounts or coordinated voting).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you do not have the rights to post
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a product
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the site outside of what our published APIs or sitemap allow
• Interfere with the site's operation, bypass rate limits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or phishing content

5. Intellectual Property

The MazikBox name, logo, and site design are owned by us and may not be used without permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on listings belong to their respective owners. By submitting content (product details, images, reviews, or collections), you grant MazikBox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in related promotional contexts. You retain ownership of content you submit.

6. Third-Party Products & Links

MazikBox is a directory: listings link to third-party products and websites we do not control. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any third-party product, its pricing, or its own terms and privacy practices. Any transaction you enter into with a listed product is solely between you and that product's provider.

7. Disclaimers

MazikBox is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed information is always accurate or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MazikBox and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing, review, or rating — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the platform. You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of MazikBox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MazikBox will be resolved in accordance with that law.
