Frequently asked questions about Relume
Do clients have to pay to access my library?
No. Privately shared components can be accessed by anyone using the Free plan. Clients need to sign up for a Free plan in order to copy and paste components from your folder.
Can I get a 7-day trial for the Pro plan?
No. Relume is not currently offering a 7-day trial for the Pro plan.
Can I still get a 7-day trial after I sign up to the Free plan?
No. Once you have signed up to the Free plan, you can no longer get a 7-day free trial for the Starter plan.
Will pricing increase for existing customers on the old pricing plans?
No. Existing customers have been moved to the new Starter plan and will remain on the original pricing. If you cancel your account and rejoin later, you will be charged the new pricing.
Why have you increased pricing?
Relume doubled the number of Webflow components available, extended the platform with new features such as creating and sharing your own component library, and created a free tier that gives access to Relume for free forever.
Can I copy and paste Relume Library components into a folder and share them?
No. Relume uses techniques to identify and block plagiarised components, and ignoring this results in a lifetime ban of your account.
