Frequently asked questions about Little Green Light
What happens after the first 30 days?
You are not charged a subscription fee for the first 30 days following account creation, even if you subscribe during that time. After that, you can continue on your existing account with a monthly or annual subscription, or close your account and export your data with no penalty or fees.
How much will I be charged for additional users?
Nothing. The subscription rate is based solely on the number of constituent records in your account and whether you choose monthly or annual billing. There is no per-user charge.
Which features are included in my account?
All of them. Every account receives the same access to all features, including features that have not yet been released. The only time you encounter upgrade fees is when your constituent record count moves to the next pricing level.
Are there additional fees for processing online donations through LGL forms?
There is no added cost to build and publish forms with LGL forms, but payments and donations made through a form incur transaction fees. The cost varies based on the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and the type of credit card accepted.
What if I decide to cancel my subscription?
You can simply export your data and be on your way. There is no cancellation fee and no obligation to continue using your Little Green Light account at any time.
Is support included?
Yes. Support office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm EST, and most questions are answered within 1 to 2 hours during business hours. Email support is available, and live Q&A webinars are held twice weekly.
