IRA Design is a free illustration tool that lets you build custom illustrations by mixing hand-drawn sketch components with five gradient color options. It is built for designers, developers, and product teams who need royalty-free visuals for websites, mobile apps, and UI kits.
Unlike stock illustration libraries that offer fixed images, IRA Design gives you mix-and-match control over characters, objects, and background styles. Every asset is available under the MIT License, so you can use it on commercial and personal projects without restrictions.
You select a character (trousers, t-shirt, hair, objects) and then choose one of five gradient color palettes to customize it. Once you are happy with the combination, you download the illustration as an SVG or PNG file for use in your design or development project.
IRA Design is best suited for designers and developers who want free, hand-drawn illustrations with flexible color controls and open licensing. The tool focuses on character-based illustrations — it does not offer photography, 3D renders, or icon sets. All assets are provided as-is with no editing capabilities inside the browser.
