About IRA Design
Overview
IRA Design is a free illustration tool that lets you build custom illustrations by mixing hand-drawn sketch components with five gradient color options. It is built for designers, developers, and product teams who need royalty-free visuals for websites, mobile apps, and UI kits.
Unlike stock illustration libraries that offer fixed images, IRA Design gives you mix-and-match control over characters, objects, and background styles. Every asset is available under the MIT License, so you can use it on commercial and personal projects without restrictions.
Key Benefits
- All assets are free to download under the MIT License for commercial and personal use.
- Choose from five gradient colors and apply them to hand-drawn characters and objects.
- Export illustrations in AI, SVG, and PNG formats with no quality loss at any scale.
- Retina-ready output ensures sharp rendering on high-density displays.
- Illustrations are optimized for fast page load speeds.
- Includes outline, colored, and hand-drawn illustration styles.
How It Works
You select a character (trousers, t-shirt, hair, objects) and then choose one of five gradient color palettes to customize it. Once you are happy with the combination, you download the illustration as an SVG or PNG file for use in your design or development project.
Use Cases
- UI/UX designers creating custom hero images and landing page visuals for web projects.
- Front-end developers who need lightweight SVG assets that scale without quality loss.
- Freelance designers building mobile app interface mockups with ready-made illustrations.
- Product teams looking for MIT-licensed visuals for internal tools and client dashboards.
- Indie makers and startup founders needing polished illustrations without a design budget.
