Salesmate

About Salesmate

Overview

Salesmate is an AI-powered customer platform that unifies CRM, marketing automation, customer support, communication, and workflow automation on a single system. It goes beyond traditional CRM by bringing customer data, conversations, marketing, support, automation, and Skara AI agents together, giving teams a shared view of every customer. With one connected platform, teams collaborate consistently, respond faster, and turn each interaction into growth.

Trusted by more than 8,500 businesses globally, Salesmate helps scaling teams keep pipeline, relationships, and follow-up aligned so handoffs stay consistent and opportunities move forward with less friction. The platform launched in 2016 when three founders โ€” Jayesh, Samir, and Dipesh โ€” set out to build a CRM that combined a full feature set with refreshing simplicity. It has since grown to include built-in calling and texting, ticketing, marketing automation, smart flows, quote management, and AI capabilities.

Key Benefits

  • Unified customer data: manage contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, activities, and conversations in one CRM.
  • Connected marketing automation: capture leads, segment audiences, and run nurture journeys on the same data your teams rely on.
  • Full-context support: resolve issues faster with ticket management, SLAs, and visibility into the broader relationship.
  • Built-in AI: summarize conversations, compose emails, and automate repetitive work with Sandy AI and Skara agents.
  • 700+ integrations: connect Google, Microsoft, Slack, and hundreds of other apps at no extra cost.
  • Enterprise-grade security and compliance with industry-leading data protection.

How It Works

Teams get started in minutes and customize workflows, automation, and processes to match their business needs. They keep pipeline, relationships, and follow-up aligned in the CRM, run nurture and support journeys through smart flows, and let AI agents handle repetitive work using real customer context. Because everything runs inside one platform, teams see the same customer data across sales, marketing, and support.

Use Cases

  • Sales teams keep pipeline, relationships, and follow-up aligned in one shared CRM.
  • Marketing teams turn engagement into pipeline with segmentation, lead scoring, and automated nurture campaigns.
  • Support teams deliver faster resolutions with ticket management, knowledge, and full customer context.
  • Mid-market and enterprise businesses unify customer operations across sales, marketing, and support.
  • Managers track goals, pipeline, and performance with custom dashboards and reports.
