Fusion is a visual IDE that lets product teams build apps, features, and prototypes directly in their existing codebase. It connects to your design system, APIs, and Git workflow so every change fits your stack instead of living in a disconnected sandbox.
Designed for engineers, designers, marketers, and product managers who need to collaborate on real code, Fusion bridges the gap between design and development by generating code-aware UI and routing all work through approved pull requests.
You start from your repository, connecting your design system and APIs. You then begin work from a prompt, a Figma design, or a branch from Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex — instead of starting over, you continue building inside Fusion.
Designers refine UI visually, marketers edit copy, and product managers leave feedback on the same branch your engineers use. Approved changes become pull requests and move through your existing pipeline, with Fusion connecting to internal Git, registries, and APIs behind a firewall.
Fusion is best suited for product teams shipping at scale who want a single platform where design and engineering collaborate on real code. It requires existing frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or Angular, and is most valuable for teams that already maintain a design system and use Git-based source control.
Fusion creates apps, features, prototypes, and UI using your repo, components, patterns, and project rules as context.
Users edit layout, spacing, styling, and copy visually while each change updates the underlying code.
Import Figma designs and turn them into responsive UI using your components and design system.
Fusion uses your components, tokens, and usage patterns so new UI follows the system your team already ships.
Package work into branches and pull requests for team review, feedback, and merge through your existing process.
Push branches from Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex into Builder for team polish, then pull them back when ready.
Import Figma designs and turn them into responsive UI using your existing components and design system.
Connect Fusion behind a firewall to internal Git, registries, and APIs over a private link.

Fusion enables product, design, and development teams to generate, iterate, and ship enterprise-ready web apps using your design system and codebase with full visual control. Publish allows marketing and content teams to generate, visually iterate, and optimize web and app experiences with AI and a drag-and-drop visual editor.
Yes. Components created in Fusion can be used as part of your design system in Publish. Content created in Publish can be pulled into apps and UIs built in Fusion. Fusion accelerates and democratizes code development, while Publish is used for content.
An Agent credit is Builder's unified usage metric for generative AI operations across the Builder platform. Each Agent credit represents a fixed dollar value that covers underlying model costs plus Builder's service margin.
On the Free plan, you get 15 Agent credits per day with a total limit of 60 Agent credits per month. On paid plans, you can purchase on-demand Agent credits at $25 per 500 credits.
