About Awario

Overview

Awario is a social listening and brand monitoring tool that tracks mentions of your brand, products, competitors, and industry keywords across social media, news, blogs, forums, videos, and reviews. It crawls over 13 billion web pages daily in addition to APIs, so users learn about new relevant conversations in real time. Founded in 2015 by the team behind SEO PowerSuite, Awario serves more than 6,000 customers ranging from startups to international brands.

Users join ongoing discussions directly in the app, measure sentiment and reach, and react before their audience moves on. The tool is designed to make social listening, social media analytics, and competitive intelligence affordable for businesses of any size.

Key Benefits

  • Track brand mentions across social media, news, blogs, forums, videos, and reviews in real time
  • Analyze mention sentiment and reach to protect and grow brand reputation
  • Research competitors and audiences to sharpen marketing strategy
  • Turn prospects into leads with the Awario Leads social selling feature
  • Identify influencers and journalists for outreach and PR campaigns
  • Receive daily or weekly email summaries of new discussions

How It Works

Users create topics from keywords, social media handles, hashtags, or URLs, and Awario crawls web sources and APIs to surface new mentions in real time. In the app, users reply to mentions, mark them as done, star posts for later, sort by sentiment or reach, and export the results for further analysis.

Use Cases

  • Marketing teams monitor brand awareness and join relevant conversations to trigger word-of-mouth growth
  • PR managers track journalists, measure reputation, and run media campaigns
  • Customer service teams answer questions and follow up on both positive and negative comments in-app
  • Sales teams find prospects asking for recommendations and reach out first with solutions
  • Agencies build branded and white-label reports to share with clients

Why Choose This Product

Awario crawls over 13 billion web pages daily in addition to third-party APIs, rather than relying on a single data provider, which it positions as the most immediate way to learn about each new mention. It offers a free trial of the Starter plan and keeps Enterprise-level capabilities such as Boolean search and sentiment analysis available across its plans.

Frequently asked questions about Awario

Can I try Awario before I buy?

Yes. You can sign up for a free trial that grants access to the Starter plan, allowing up to 3 alerts and up to 30,000 mentions. After the trial expires you can subscribe to a paid plan that fits your needs.

How does the trial work?

The trial gives free access to the Starter plan for creating up to 3 alerts and finding up to 30,000 mentions. If you do not subscribe, the account expires automatically without charge, your data is kept for 14 days, and then the account is deleted.

What is the difference between alerts and mentions?

An alert is a keyword or set of keywords Awario monitors, such as your brand name. A mention is a result it finds, such as a tweet that includes your brand name.

Do I have access to my mentions' history?

Yes. Depending on your plan, Awario stores from 3,000 to 50,000 mentions per alert so you can review older mentions. Once the limit is reached, the oldest mentions are replaced with newly found ones.

Can I export my mentions from the tool?

The export option is available to Pro and Enterprise plan users. On these plans you can export mentions into a CSV file for further processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Awario accepts secure online credit cards, PayPal, local bank transfer, wire transfer, real-time bank transfer for the USA, WebMoney, Alipay, and many other payment methods.
